We are newlyweds in need of a lifestyle health makeover. We have 3 children, Dominick 11, Noah 9, and Alex 4. We both work full time and attend college as well. Needless to say we are very busy and until now, have not been able to 'find time' to fit in exercise and healthy eating.
Interests
We are couch potatoes and we love going to the movies and playing video game. Amy is addicted to ALL Reality TV!! Our goal right now is to lose weight and be healthy so we can be active parents and our kids can learn from our example.
